The Fall 2020 edition of Del Bac’s ‘Distiller’s Cut’ starts with the 100% barley malt mash of Del Bac’s mesquite-peated ‘Dorado’ expression. After initial aging in new American oak, the whiskey is finished in a combination of Extra Añejo Tequila, Bourbon, and new American oak casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 57.25% ABV with no chill filtering, these Distiller’s Cut releases are unique and finite in nature, so don’t miss the opportunity to taste this year’s fall release!
