• 65% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Corvinone, 5% Molinara  from 1.5 ha total
• Located above the ‘Punta di Villa’ vineyard at 350m above sea level
• Grapes typically have a higher sugar content than the ‘Punta’ fruit
• Fruit clusters are dried until the January following harvest before fermentation
• Controlled temperature fermentation
• Aging for 30 months in wood, plus another 12 months in bottle
