- Located above the ‘Punta di Villa’ vineyard at 350m above sea level
- Grapes typically have a higher sugar content than the ‘Punta’ fruit
- Fruit clusters are dried until the January following harvest before fermentation
- Controlled temperature fermentation
- Aging for 30 months in wood, plus another 12 months in bottle
