White Rum

• White Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS)
• A faintly floral, vegetal nose with undertones of fresh cream transitions to a dry palate of vanilla, white peppercorn, and fresh cut grass
• 40% ABV

A far cry from popular, industry standardized “neutral” white rums, this white rum displays a vigor which lends itself incredibly well to cocktails. Try it in a crisp, clean Daiquiri or throw some mint in the mix and swizzle a Mojito!
