Brooklyn Bastard

- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- .75 oz Dudognon 'Selection' 5yr Old Cognac
- .75 oz Medley Brothers 102 Proof Bourbon
- .5 oz Bigallet China China Amer
- .5 oz Giffard Orgeat
- .25 oz sweetened ginger juice or ginger syrup
- 5 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes absinthe
- club soda
Combine ingredients and whip shake in mixing tin; serve in bamboo or tiki mug with crushed ice; top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with mint and cucumber.
