Barley Shochu Highball

- 2 oz Mizu Barley Shochu
- .5 oz Rapa Giovanni Liquore di Ciliegie
- .25 Giffard Orgeat
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a highball over ice. Top with 1 oz. of tonic and stir lightly to incorporate. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
