• 100% Nebbiolo from a 4.5 hectare vineyard on the western side of Nieve with a southern exposure
• 55-year-old vines planted at 230 meters
• Blue tinted calcareous marl with small amount of clay
• Harvested in the first and second week in October
• Fermentation in rotofermenters for 14-15 days
• Aging for 20 months in 20% new, medium-toasted French oak barriques, plus one year in bottle
• Unfiltered/Unfined
