• Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), Port Mourant wooden vat still (PM), Versailles wooden vat still (REV), and Diamond Coffey stills (SVW)
• Aged minimum 15 years in in ex-bourbon casks
• Nose of candied orange, almond cookies, and vanilla; a robust palate shows fresh and dried fig, milk chocolate, black cherry, and a whisp of smoke with lingering notes fresh ground coffee, cacao, and allspice
• 40% ABV
