Soif, ‘North Coast’, Wind Gap

Soif is the French word for “thirst”. This is an absolutely delicious wine that is bound to make you thirst for more of it after your first sip. Serve this red wine chilled to get the most of its lively personality.   Old-Vines, Carbonic Maceration in concrete and aging in concrete create a wine of intensity and electricity; buy this by the case, really, you won’t be sorry. Also it is interesting to note that spell-check didn’t recognize a single variety in this blend.

Tasting Notes

Explosive aromas of sweet red cherries, cinnamon, fresh summer fruits and crazy floral notes lift this brilliant translucent red wine. More concentrated than the 2014 with more palate weight that doesn’t sacrifice the lift and verve.  We recommend you drink this wine chilled and frequently.
