"The 2014 Brut Blanc de Blancs Volupté shows how appealing this vintage is. Bright and linear in construction, the 2014 now shows the slight notes of complexity that have developed since disgorgement in October 2021. Ripe pear, apricot, white flowers, tangerine and chamomile all take shape nicely in this effortless, resonant Chardonnay. This was raised in 50% oak and 50% enamel tanks and saw a dosage of 2 grams per liter."
