- 3 oz El Dorado Super Premium 12yr Rum
- .5 oz water
- .5 oz sugar
- 3-4 dashes Angotura bitters
- 4-5 mint leaves
Delicately press several fresh mint leaves with sugar and water in a rocks glass or julep cup; add the rum; top with crushed ice and stir carefully. Garnish with mint and bitters.
