Foreplay Cocktail

• 2 oz Contratto Aperitif
• .5 oz yuzu juice
• 3 oz Gruet 'Extra Dry' Blanc de Blancs

In an iced glass add Contratto Aperitif, followed by yuzu, then Gruet ‘Extra Dry’ Blanc de Blancs or sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel or a grapefruit zest.
