- 1.5 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- barspoon Giffard Creme de Violette
- top with Gruet 'Methode Champenoise' Blanc de Blancs
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake. Strain into flute and garnish with a lemon twist.
